While Beautiful Things Media LLC welcomes customer feedback and suggestions, providing access to Materials for feedback does not transfer any intellectual property rights. Beautiful Things Media LLC retains full ownership and control over all Materials, regardless of any feedback received.

Pre-Registration Access: 3.5. In the event that the Materials are provided to customers before obtaining official copyright registration, customers agree not to engage in any actions that may infringe upon Beautiful Things Media LLC's intellectual property rights. Beautiful Things Media LLC retains the right to pursue legal action for any unauthorized use.

Non-Refundable Membership Fees: 5.2. Membership fees for The Beautiful B.R.A.N.D. Video Guide, Course, Workbook, and The Beautiful Things Media Content Lab are non-refundable.

Cancellation of Membership: 5.3. Participants may choose to cancel their membership at any time. However, the cancellation of membership does not entitle the participant to a refund of any portion of the membership fee.
